From Broadway to Lincoln Center.
The Chatham Music Club annual GALA will feature the music of Leonard Bernstein, Alexander Borodin and George Gershwin, three composers whose works have spanned both classical and musical genres. This exciting concert of well known and well loved music will take place June 22, 2025 at 2 PM at St Christopher’s Church in Chatham. Vocal and instrumental solos, duets and ensembles will thrill you. We promise you will leave the hall not just humming but singing a medley of your favorites. Although Borodin did not compose for the Broadway stage as did Bernstein and Gershwin, his marvelous melodies were duplicated in the Broadway hit, Kismet.
To round out the afternoon our top 2025 CMC scholarship candidates will thrill us with their winning audition pieces. Stay tuned for more info and ticket availability as we near the event.
